ADB Procurement Policy and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers

The Asian Development Bank’s Procurement Policy (goods, works, non-consulting and consulting services) and the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers took effect on 1 July 2017 for projects whose concept was cleared on or after that date, replacing the earlier Procurement Guidelines and Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. They are applied through the project’s procurement plan and bidding documents.
